Synopsis

Black Canvas’ Mga Kuwentong Karapat-Dapat (Tahanan. Lipunan. Kalikasan)

From page to stage, “Mga Kuwentong Karapat-Dapat” showcases three CANVAS – published stories (“Tahan Na, Tahanan”, “Nadia and the Blue Stars” and “Inang Kalikasan’s Bad Hair Day”). Inspired by the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, it aims to communicate the value of home, society and environment. This storytelling collaboration will come to life in the form of shadowplay, dance and music through artist partners Anima Tierra, Daloy Dance Company and Anino Shadowplay Collective, with performance and direction by Abner Delina Jr. a.k.a Kuya Fidel of Batibot.
